And the celebration starts Friday night with the Lederhosen Rally, giving you two full days to enjoy the festivities, explore Angel Fire, and soak up the best of autumn in the Moreno Valley.

Angel Fire’s Oktoberfest brings together the sights, sounds, flavors, and traditions of the season for a festive weekend in the mountains. Grab some friends, bring the family, and come ready for live music, seasonal brews, food vendors, artisan shopping, games, and plenty of opportunities to show off your Oktoberfest spirit.
With the mountains beginning to glow with fall color, there’s no better backdrop for a fall celebration.
What Can You Expect at Oktoberfest?
There’s plenty happening throughout the weekend, so come ready to settle in and enjoy the celebration.
Live Music
Festive live music keeps the energy going throughout the weekend, providing the perfect soundtrack for an afternoon in the mountains.
Seasonal Brews
Regional breweries will be serving a variety of craft beers that pair perfectly with a crisp autumn afternoon.
Classic Oktoberfest Games
Cheer on competitors during Oktoberfest favorites like the Stein Holding Contest and Barrel Rolling Race. You might even decide it’s your year to compete!
Food Vendors
Come hungry! Local food vendors will be serving hearty festival favorites and sweet treats throughout the celebration.
Artisan Market
Take a break from the festivities to browse handmade goods and unique finds from regional artisans.
Family Fun
Oktoberfest is fun for all ages, with an open lawn, kid-friendly activities, and plenty of room to play. This year, kids can also enjoy the Ski High Fun Zone, featuring bounce houses, giant games, and interactive fun.

Lederhosen? Absolutely. Dirndl? Even better. Silly hats, braids, suspenders, and anything that makes you feel ready to raise a stein are all encouraged!
And on Saturday only, there’s an extra reason to dress up: Oktoberfest will host a costume contest for both adults and kids! Winners will receive gift cards to local Angel Fire businesses, with some pretty great prizes up for grabs.

New This Year: Bring the Kids to the Sky High Fun Zone
Bounce, Play & Let the Kids Burn Off Some Energy
Need a break from the music, food, and festivities? Ski High Fun Zone will bring bounce houses, giant games, and interactive fun to Oktoberfest.
The all-day jump pass is just $20, making it easy for kids to play, explore, and have their own Oktoberfest adventure while the grown-ups enjoy the celebration.
It’s one more reason to make Oktoberfest a weekend everyone in the family can enjoy.
Porsche Club Car Show
Saturday, October 3 | 3–5 PM
Add a little horsepower to your Oktoberfest weekend! The Porsche Club brings more than 30 stunning cars to the Mountain View Event Center parking lot on Saturday afternoon. Stop by to admire the lineup, enjoy live music, and take in this unique showcase of Porsche style and performance—all free and open to the public.
How Do You Dress for Oktoberfest in Angel Fire?
The More Oktoberfest Spirit, the Better!
Costumes aren’t required, but they’re definitely part of the fun. Break out the lederhosen, dirndls, hats, braids, suspenders, or whatever makes you feel ready to celebrate.
And remember: October in the mountains can bring cool temperatures, especially as the sun goes down, so bring layers and a jacket along with your Oktoberfest attire.
