National Trails Day 6-June-2026 Poster
- It takes place on the first Saturday in June, National Trails Day® is a day of public events aimed at advocacy and trail service. Tens of thousands of hikers, bikers, paddlers, horseback riders, trail clubs, federal and local agencies, land trusts, and businesses come together in partnership to advocate for, maintain, and clean up public lands and trails.
- National Trails Day® is a chance to get outdoors, connect with our community, and give back to the trails we all love.
- The Moreno Valley Trekkers plan to join American Hiking Society and outdoor enthusiasts nationwide in celebrating this annual day of action. Together, we’ll promote to leave the trails and outdoor spaces better than we found them, fostering a world where everyone feels welcome and has access to the outdoors. The Moreno Valley Trekkers along with friends and guests will hopefully come together to create a trail community that is accessible for all, advocate for public spaces, and care for the trails we all cherish.
- Since 1993, there have been thousands of National Trails Day events.
