Are you a hiker, biker, nature lover, or trail advocate?
Celebrate the great outdoors and give back to the trails you love with the return of Angel Fire’s National Trails Day—hosted by the Moreno Valley Trekkers!
When: Saturday, June 7, 2025 | Times Vary by Hike
Where: Hike locations across Angel Fire
What to Expect:
- Moreno Valley Trekkers plan to lead 3 hikes in Angel Fire. An Easy hike (perhaps, wildflower/bird hike along Sage or Solar Loop, etc), a Moderate hike (Bear, Elk, Deer, etc) and a Challenging hike (Oesta Vista, Enlightenment, etc).
- Though the Moreno Valley Trekkers are a hiking club, it also may lead some pedal biking groups on trails allowing bikes.
- The Moreno Valley Trekkers will have a booth/table set up in Frontier Park for information about where these Trekker-led hikes begin and timing.
Angel Fire joins communities nationwide for this annual day of outdoor action and appreciation. Stop by the Trekkers’ info booth in Frontier Park to pick up maps, water bottles, and small giveaways, and learn more about hike options and start times.
Be part of something bigger—step outside, explore, and help leave our trails better than you found them.
