Shuter Library of Angel Fire is an independent, incorporated 501(c)(3) organization providing free services to the community and the Moreno Valley. While operating as a public library, Shuter Library relies on donations, grants, and volunteer fundraising, rather than municipal taxes, to fund its operations. The library is a true success, thanks to the dedication of our loyal patrons, volunteers, and the generous support from the community and local merchants.
Offering a wide range of services, Shuter Library provides free library cards, granting access to over 12,000 print and audio books, along with downloadable eBooks and audiobooks. The library also offers six public computers, free Wi-Fi, affordable photocopying, and free scanning services. For children, we host a popular summer reading program, weekly story time, and are a sign-up location for the Imagination Library. Additionally, Shuter Library hosts monthly adult book club discussions, author talks, and book signings.
