Tethered Balloon Rides
Are you ready to experience hot air balloons up close?
Get a taste of ballooning with a tethered ride during Balloons Over Angel Fire. These short rides lift gently above the ground while remaining secured to the launch area, giving riders a unique view of the Moreno Valley and the colorful balloons around them.

What to Expect:
Tethered balloon rides offer a safe and exciting way to experience the thrill of ballooning without leaving the event area. Rides are weather dependent and operate throughout the scheduled times as conditions allow.
If you can’t make this evening session, tethered balloon rides are also offered each Mass Ascension throughout the weekend, weather permitting.
