Stargazing & S’mores
Experience Angel Fire’s night sky in its full mountain brilliance. On select evenings, families are invited to gather by the Boat House at Monte Verde Lake to enjoy fire pits, complimentary s’mores, and a guided look at the stars.
Local amateur astronomer and astrophotographer Mike Hawkins will lead the evening with telescope viewing and casual, easy-to-understand conversation about the moon, planets, galaxies, and deep-sky wonders overhead.
When: Friday February 6 | 6PM – 8PM

What to Know:
- Dress warmly—this outdoor event takes place after dark.
- Feel free to bring chairs, blankets, or binoculars.
- Please avoid using bright phone screens or white flashlights, as they affect night-sky visibility.
