Get ready for a brand-new festival celebrating blues music and New Mexico brews! In partnership with the New Mexico Brewers Guild, BreuwsFest brings a weekend of incredible live performances, craft beer, and great company.

3:00-4:30 PM – Stanlie Kee and Step In – A soulful, youthful take on traditional blues.
5:00-6:30 PM – Eden Brent – A powerhouse pianist and award-winning blues artist.
7:30 PM – The Fabulous Thunderbirds – An electrifying performance from the legendary blues rockers behind Tuff Enuff and Wrap It Up!
3-4:30PM | Stanlie Kee and Step In: Blues
Stanklie Kee and Step In bring a youthful interpretation to traditional blues that captures the native spirit while captivating audiences of all ages, backgrounds, and exposure to the blues. This band will touch your soul!

5-6:30PM | Eden Brent: Blues
Blues lady Eden Brent is a piano-pounding, juke-joint hollering powerhouse. A celebrated songwriter and dynamic performer, she spent the first two decades of her career under the tutelage of Abie “Boogaloo” Ames, before winning the Blues Foundation’s Blues Challenge and bouncing onto the international scene.
Since then she lands steady honors, three Blues Music Awards among them. Her much-anticipated new album Getaway Blues presents nine original blues songs recorded live in London with a four-piece band and released on Yellow Dog Records. Laid down in London. Mixed up in Memphis. Made in Mississippi.
A performer at heart, Eden plays clubs, concerts and festivals like the down-home Juke Joint Festival in Clarksdale and the international Blues in Hell, Norway. She frequently hosts the Piano Bar aboard the Legendary Rhythm & Blues Cruise and is the featured guest at Viking Mississippi River Cruises dock parties, appearances recalling her river roots.

For over 30 years, The Fabulous Thunderbirds have been the quintessential American band. The group’s distinctive and powerful sound, influenced by a diversity of musical styles, manifested itself into a unique musical hybrid via such barnburners as Tuff Enuff and Wrap It Up. Co-founder Kim Wilson, the sole original member, still spearheads the group as it evolves into its newest incarnation.
