With expansive mountain views, a 4,800-square-foot covered event tent, a covered stage, and flexible lawn space, the Mountain View Event Center is ideal for weddings, receptions, concerts, festivals, fundraisers, corporate events, and community celebrations. The space offers the flexibility and functionality to bring your event vision to life.

300–350 guests with space for dining, bar(s), dance floor, and small stage
Maximum Capacity (layout dependent):
- Seated banquet: approximately 320–400 guests
- Theater / ceremony seating: approximately 450–480 guests
- Standing / cocktail-style: up to 600 guests
Final guest count depends on floor plan and rental selections.

Rentals & Setup

All furniture and event décor must be arranged through a rental vendor.

Weather & Seasonal Flexibility
The tent can be fully enclosed with sides for cold or inclement weather, making the venue suitable for multi-season events.
Heaters are available as an optional add-on (seasonal or per-event pricing).
Alcohol, Permits & Security
Alcohol is permitted with proper licensing and compliance:
- Alcohol vendors must obtain a Special Events Permit
- All servers must hold valid alcohol server permits
- Security is required when alcohol is served:
- 1 licensed security guard per 100 guests
- Permitted alcohol servers may count toward staffing requirements per regulation
AV, Sound & Entertainment
Bands and entertainers typically provide their own sound equipment.
Additional AV needs can be coordinated through outside vendors.
