Celebrate Independence Day—Mountain Style!
The 4th of July in Angel Fire is more than fireworks and BBQs—it’s about community, color, and creativity marching right down the middle of town. Join us for the Annual Angel Fire 4th of July Parade, a beloved tradition where locals and visitors line the streets to cheer for floats, firetrucks, bicycles, pets, and everything in between.
Whether you’re joining the procession or cheering from the sidelines, this is a can’t-miss part of our summer season!
Parade Details
Where: North Angel Fire Road
Parade Route: Begins near El Jefe and 5 Springs Road, ends at the intersection of Valley Road and N. Angel Fire Road
When: Thursday, July 4, 2025 | 11:00 AM–12:00 PM (approx.)
- Floats begin lining up at 10:00 AM
- Parade duration is approximately 45 minutes
Special Honors
Grand Marshal:
Our Grand Marshal will lead the procession, representing the spirit of the community and the heart of this annual celebration. Thank you for your leadership!
Parade Judges:
Stationed near Pub-N-Grub (52 N Angel Fire Rd), our judges will be selecting winners in three fun categories:
- Most Patriotic Float
- Most Creative Children
- Best in Show
Awards and certificates will be handed out after the parade!
Parade Entry & Float Info
All floats and parade entries should arrive at N. Angel Fire Rd via Jackson Hole and 5 Springs Road between 10:00–10:45 AM.
- Formation is first come, first served
- Police & Fire Department will lead, followed by the Angel Fire All Veterans Memorial Honor Guard
- Motorized vehicles will line up in the front, pedestrians, bicycles, and animals at the back
- Officers and signage will help guide you into position
- Your parade number will be provided and taped to your vehicle
- Please stay in line to help judging and parade flow go smoothly!
A Few Notes to Keep in Mind
- Come early for a good viewing spot!
- Dress in your red, white, and blue—show your spirit!
- Respect the flow of the parade—help keep it fun and safe for all participants and spectators
