DESCRIPTION:As we bid farewell to another epic season\, Angel Fire Resort is going out with a bang—so get ready for one last day of fun\, adventure\, and a few surprises! \nCome join us at the base with live music from DK & The Affordables and join in on some of the fun. \n  \nPOND SKIM – Can You Do It?  |  12 – 4 PM \nFor the brave and the bold\, don’t miss the Pond Shim challenge\, where you can attempt to glide across a chilly pond of water under Lift 2 (just off Exhibition). Think you’ve got what it takes? Participate in this wet and wild event or just hang out and enjoy the spectacle. Either way\, it’s guaranteed to be a splash!  *Don’t forget your towel! \n  \nCHILI CHALLENGE – Downhill  BIKE  Race!  |  Lift load at 3:30PM \nSay goodbye to ski season and wave hello to summer!  At the close of the ski day\, the Resort is opening up the Chili Express Lift for one snowy ride down.  The course is Headin’ Home to Exhibition only\, first\, second and third rider down will win a 2025 Gravity Pass to the Angel Fire Bike Park!  Cost is $10 to participate \n  \nAngel Fire Resort is a special place because of all of you who come year after year. We can’t wait to see you next season—until then\, let’s close out the season in style! \n  \nSee you on the slopes… and in the pond!

DESCRIPTION:As we say goodbye to the ski season and hello to summer\, join us at Angel Fire Resort for an unforgettable end-of-season celebration! The Chili Challenge will spice up the day\, but not in the way you’d expect. Grab your bike and get ready for the Chili Express Downhill Race! \nAfter the slopes close and ski patrol has completed their final sweep\, bikes will be allowed to load onto the Chili Express Lift. Riders will race downhill to Exhibition—first rider down wins a 2025 Gravity Pass for the Angel Fire Bike Park! It’s a fast-paced way to kick off the summer season\, so gear up and get ready to race! \n  \nWhen:  Sunday March 23rd\, from 3:30 – 5 PM \nWhere: Angel Fire Resort |  Chili Express Lift \nWhat to Expect: \n\nGather at 3:30 PM at the bottom of the Chili Express Lift\nRace begins at 4:30 PM after the final sweet by ski patrol\nAll riders must have a scannable pass to participate  —this includes Winter 2023-24 passes\, Member Passes\, Staff Passes\, or a day ticket for March 24\, 2024.\nIf you need a Race Only Ticket\, you can purchase one for $5 at Window 5 & 6 at the Ticket Office on the day of the event.\n\n  \nDon’t miss this thrilling end-of-season race as we celebrate the transition from winter to summer! \n  \nPhoto Credit: Angel Fire Resort
